The DSI inquired with the NOB about the progress in
taking action
against Phra Dhammachayo as in the
letter suggested by
the late Supreme Patriarch.
Also on Tuesday, Pol Lt Col
Pakorn Sucheevakun, director
of
the DSI's Bureau of Financial and Banking Crime,
revealed the progress in an investigation into
the Klongchan
Credit Union Cooperative (KCUC) embezzlement scandal
and
its links to Wat Phra Dhammakaya.
The NOB serves as secretary to the Sangha
Supreme
Council (SSC) which is the only stater works
closely with
the SSC.
In my viewpoint,it is the good news that
there is cooperation
between the three parties : the DSI,the NOB and
the SSC to
make it clear to the society why the letter
written by the late
Supreme Patriarch ,which recommended that
Phra
Dhammachayo be defrocked for violating the
Buddhist
monks’s code of conduct did not any action
to rule his guilty
by the SSC.
And the case of embezzlement scandal of the
Klongchan
Credit Union Cooperartion (KCUC) links to Wat
Phra
Dhammakaya should investigate more and make
it clear to
the society also.
