throw it out.
On Friday,Thaksin told a gathering of red shirts in
Finland
that the draft charter was against the will of the majority
and said “all democratic advocates” should reject it.
His lasted message was posted on YouTube on Friday
as he was giving a speech to his supporters.
The only change for them to follow his call is in a
referendum.The draft charter needs public endorsement
in a referendum tentatively planned for early if it is
approved
by the National Reform Council.The council plan to vote
on it on September 7.
Thaksin ‘s move comes as the Royal Thai Police may be
prepareing to strip him of his police rank following his
controversial interview in Seoul in May,in which he
claimed
that privy councilors behind the protests leading to the coup
last year.
National police chief Pol Gen Somyot Poompunmuang said
on Friday that he
would finish the process before his
retirement at the end of Septmeber after a joint panel
led
by Justice Mnister Gen Paoboon Koomchaya agree to strip
the former premier of his rank.
Thaksin said he couldn’t care less about his police rank
and
challenged authorities
involved in the issue to do it.
The former prime minister also slammed the government
for
failing to bring about reconciliation and criticized “those in
power” for bringing the country backward.
They showed no interest in helping people ,especially
framers
and workers ,and failed to tackle economic problems, he
said,
adding that Thailand’s credibility had been damaged.

In my viewpoint,I have opposited opinion of all Thaksin
said :
1.For the credibility of Thailand ,on June 2.2015, Moody’s
Investors Service (Moody’s) rate credibility of government
bond as the same at Baa1 with stable outlook,meanwhile
rate credibility of long term foreign bond at A2 ,baht
bond
at A1.For foreign deposit rate at Baa1,baht deposit rate
at A1
adding that the credibility will likely to be the same
for 12-18
month ahead.
2.For the point that this government showed no interest
in
helping farmers and workers,it is not true because the
government do their best to solve all the problem they
can.
3.For the point ,he sent clear signal to the red shirts
to reject
the charter when it come to referendum,I think at this
point
it is the responsibility of the government to give
clearly
knowledge ,facts and information to all of Thai citizens
to
make a sound decision whether to reject or accept the
charter.
4.For the point,of Thasin police rank to still remain or
not,
I think if Pol Gen Somyot Poompunmuang want to leave
his career of chief police with beautiful status in the
society
he must make a sound decision because Thaksin speech
is clearly enough to rule his guilty and rank down him.
