1.Not to retired,which
mean if you are old and retired from
routine work,you should do something that you love
such as volunteer or work on your garden,plant and water

every day ,there is evidence from

can reduce bacteria in mouth, more bacteria will cause
thick coronary lead to heart discease.
3.Continous moving
,exercise will make you are
always young,good mood ,sense of humor will make
balance of body and heart,strong bone and muscle.
4.Eating breakfast with fiber food ,it
usefull for body
and will decrease diabetes.
5.Sleep for at least 6 hours/day,it
time to get balance and repair
of the body,sleeping is one of thing that important in

7.Less stress is good
,if you are easily stress,try to find the
