Boston University school of Medical present 10 behavior

for longevity :

1.Not to retired,which mean if you are old and retired from

routine work,you should do something that you love

such as volunteer or work on your garden,plant and water

beautiful flower and watch them grow.

2.Use dental floss every day ,there is evidence from

New York University in 2008,insist that dental floss

can reduce bacteria in mouth, more bacteria will cause

thick coronary lead to heart discease.

3.Continous moving ,exercise will make you are

always young,good mood ,sense of humor will make

balance of body and heart,strong bone and muscle.

4.Eating breakfast with fiber food ,it usefull for body

and will decrease diabetes.

5.Sleep for at least 6 hours/day,it time to get balance and repair

of the body,sleeping is one of thing that important in first priority.

6.Good food is more important than vitamin,variety food from

natural and serial are good to the body.

7.Less stress is good ,if you are easily stress,try to find the

way to decrese it.

8.Good habits in every day life such as eating good food,

doing benefit activity,consistency time in wake up and

sleeping bring more healty life to live long.

9.At least you should have one holiday in a week including

stop smoking ,no alcohol,decrease sugar,more vegetable,

 fruit and nuts ,exercise,take care of family and community.

10.Interactive with friends and others in society will protect

you from depression and make brain always working well.

1.Tomatoes : A major source of antioxidant lycopene

that reduce the risk of cancer by 40 per cent.

2.Olive oil : Shown to help reduce death from heart dicease

and cancer.

3.Red Grape : Including red grape juice and red wine.

Red grapes have moderate antioxidant power,while

purple grape juice has four time more antioxidant activity

than orange or tomato juice.

4.Garlic : German researchers have found that garlic is

packed with antioxidants know to help fend of cancer,

heart discease and all –over aging.

5.Spinach : Second amomg vegetables only to garlic

in antioxidant capacity and is also rich in folic acid,

which helps fight cancer ,heart disease and mental disorders.

6.Whole grain : A University of Minesota study suggest the

more whole grains you eat,the lower your odds of death by

15 per cent .Whole grain contain anticancer agents and help

 stabilize blood sugar and insulin,which may promote longevity.

7.Salmon,and other fattery fish,Contain high amount of omega-3

fat that perform miracles throughout the body,fighting virtually

every chronic discease known,without it ,your brain can’t think,

your heart can’t beat,your arteries clog,and joints become

 in flamed.

8.Nuts : Eating more than 5 ounces a week can cut heart-attack

deaths in women by 40 per cent and help prevent deadly irregular

heart beats in men a Harvard University study found.

9.Blueberries : High in antioxidant,Tufts University researcher

say a half –cup of blueberries a day can retard aging and can

block brain changes leading to decline and even reverse

failing memory.

10.Tea : Green or black tea has equal antioxidant benefit.

One cup a day can cut heart risk in half Harvard researcher

found.Make from loose tea or tea bags,instant and

 bottled tea has little effect Tufts University shows
