Yingluk Shinawatra the 28 th Ousted Ex- Prime Minister
in position during
August 5,2001-May
7,2014
The three Ex-Prime Minister come from election but
with political crisis and crisis in Thai society
,Thaksin
and Yingluk Shinawatra insisted to be in the position
till there are coup.
Meanwile Abhisit Vejjajiva decided to dissolved
the
parliament and provide a new election.
In malfeasance for holding of Political Position,The
Supreme
Court’S Criminal division ruled that Thaksin Shinawatra
was
guilty and will faced
two years in the prison but he flied
away abord.And can
not come back to Thailand again
although he often try to come back.
Besides this he is the wire-puller of Yingluk government
who is his sister.He is the real cause of last crisis in
Thailand
according to the fact that Yingluk try to set a law of
“Blanket Amestry” to help him come back to Thailand.
Thaksin guilty is about using his position to take benefit
from bidding Ratchada Land.
Yingluck face the problem of corruption in rice pledging
scheme and blanket amestry.Although the Whistle Blower
or People’s Democratic Reform Committed (PDRC)
opposed her position and there are many people come to
the street to ouster her ,but she insisted to be a Prime
Ministry from election.
Finally with the crisis she decided to dissolve the
parliament but the problem still can not solve because
it too late to make the dicision at that time till
the coup seized the
power.
National Legislative Assembly (NRC) had banned her
from political for
five years.
On March 19,the Supreme Court’S Criminal Division
accepted her case
in rice pledging scheme to be rule
which the first investigation will be hold on May
25,2015.
Abhisit Vejjijava,on February24, The National
Anti-Corruption
Commission (NACC) agreed to pursue impeachment charges
againt him for ordering
the bloody crackdown 2010,
crackdown on Red Shirts
On March25,the NACC will formally summoned him to
hear
the charges and will be given a change defened for him
that he did not have intention of causing blood and loss of
life.
After hearing the defences ,if the NACC decided to
proceed,
it will forward the case to the NRC,If the NRC members a
vote
againt him,he will be banned for five years from political
after that the case will be sent to the Supreme Court”s
Criminal
Division.
With all the fact above you can see the spirit
of the three Ex-Prime Minister while Thaksin –Yingluk
Shinawatra insisted to be in the position till the end.
But Abhisit decided to dissolve the parliament,
which think can
create a standard norm in political that
the Prime Minister must resign if there is critical in
the society.
In my opinion Ex-Prime Minister Abhisit did no
intend to cause the blood and the loss of life,
He just tried to control the situation not to be
more in crisis but with the man in black with the
weapons the blood
can not be avoid.
In the case of Outsed Prime Minister Yinluck
with the NLA had banned for five years for her guilty
about the corruption and hugh amount loss from the rice
pledgin scheme ,it is so clear that there must be someone
who responsible for this ,and she, as the head of the
Cabinet ,
must have full responsibily for it.
However the court still not rule yet ,we can not predict
the
outcome,but I still
hope that good justice still remain in the
court and society and the wrong person must be penalty
for the wrong that they did.
Hope for good justice from the court.
