Human trafficking is an evil cycle, transnational crime,
a long time problem that can not get rid of it all from
the world. Thailand
is the beginning,passage way and
ending root make it a complicated problem to be solved.
About serious problems, the first is drug trafficking
the
second is illegal arms while human trafficking is the third.
However in
Thailand the government set human trafficking
as the first
priority to solve the same as drug trafficking.
Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-o-cha want this problem to
solve efficiently.On Monday the government said it will
develop a database to track human trafficking
information
and statistics.The Premier wants Thailand to adopt a
systematic approach
to address the root cause of human
trafficking.He decided there must be coordination and
cooperation between police ,prosecutors and courts.
In the past ,the Ministry of Social Management and Human
Security is responsible for human trafficking with the seek
cooperation from authorities for action which cause time
dalay for the
cases.
Under Gen Prayuth’s national agenda,police and
prosecutors have
four days to complete their investigation and send
each case to
the courts.
The establishment of special human trafficking unit
within the
criminal court is to set so the head of the Supreme Court can
transfer important case to a central hub.
The officials suspected of involvement in human
trafficking
will be transfer while an investigation is carried out.
Indicment proceeding aspects should not be postponed for
longer than three months.
Due to the lack and missing of important data,last year
the US downgraded Thailand to the lowest rank-Tiers 3
in its annual globle Trafficking in Persons (TIP).
So before the next TIP report,information and
cooperation
between virous agencies must be provided,so the US will
have the right information about human trafficking in
Thailand.
As human trafficking is the national agenda, so it
should
have cooperation and
coordination in the society to
help to solve the
problem such as
1.Develop strong family relationship,promote the role
of the family ,school and community.
2.Thai people should help to protect and watch out the
problem.
3.Teach children to value the role of men and women
begin with
family ,school,community till country to slove
discrimation
and promote human right.
4.Provide potential in society to children for both girl
and boy.
5.Provide many alternatives of career to the society to
meet
damand of the market.
6.Decrease capitalism and provide sufficient economy.
Meanwhile we must be stick to the law and give heavy
punishment to the criminal. Train all government agency
who involve to be specialize in their duty to provide
more
accuracy and rapidly to the cases.
With cooperation and coordination in the society
accompany
with efficiency and effectiveness in government agency
I think human trafficking can be solved rapidly.
Hope for peaceful of humanity all over the world.
