Asean Economic Community (AEC) will be fully realized on
December 31,2015 which
postponed about one year from
January 1,2015.Although Thai people often hear about the
word AEC but still many of us know a little about it.As
we
must be part of the community at the end of this year,we
should prepare ourself to go along with it.

AEC does not set up on monetary exchange like Euro Zone,
each country still use their own currency for exchange
because
it is apprehensive of critical instability in economic
of
community.
Three foundation pile of AEC are corporation and stability

In term of geopolitic,Thailand will be at the centre and
we must
prepare ourself to ensure the country’s ability to
attract foreign
investors.
Preparation to get along well with Aec in
1.Business Sectors:
Large coporation who are operated nationwide and
globalization
will have adventage from AEC if they get into the right
section of the market. SME who have limited capital,
knowledge and technology must adjust themselves quickly
to be competitive in the community.
Skill Workforce :
There are seven skill workforce who can transfer freely
in
AEC if they pass the approval of that country,they are
1.Doctor
2.Dentist
3.Nurse
4.Accountant
5.Engineer
6.Architect
7.Survey Technician
These seven skill workforce must prepare themselves well
in term of knowledge,high skill in new technology and
must communicate well so that they can make progress in
their career.So a
strong skill in English language which
is interlingua in the world must be essential.
Government Sector :
To be competitive with others country in AEC,The
government
should improve in infrastructure ,provide sufficient
land and
labour which low cost but win-win situation.The incentive in
taxes and least boundaries are the others alternative to push
Thailand
to be outstanding in AEC economic.
To support entrepreneur in our country we must provide
source
of fund with reasonable rate which we can competitive
with
other country in AEC.
Civil Servants :
Must adapt in three area :
1.Structural Change to support flexibility in the
process
of administration aim for best and rapid services.
2.Mindset Change ,instead of thinking that what benefit
We should receive from AEC,we must have mindset of
what benefit we can contribute to AEC and do our best.
So that the outcome will be best for Thailand and AEC.
3.Promote learning ,devolpoe essential skill including
provide chain of people to propel stability economic
in AEC.
Meanwhile we must take an interest in our neighborhood
country ,analyze information,find streng and weakness
of them in order to make ourself more competitive in
AEC.
Last,and important we must keep stability in politics
because it is the fisrt priority that attractive
investors.
If we prepare ourself well in every areas, I think we
can get along
well in AEC with sustainable economic,culture ,society
and
political climate which more wealth and happiness to our
country.
